Can I update/change length of stay due to change in circumstances such as pandemic?

We know things change pretty quickly these days, and many of our bookers appreciate having flexible cancellation and amendment terms. As long as you book on one of our flexible rates, which includes all bookings above 29 nights, you will have peace of mind that you can cancel or postpone your stay if needed due to unforeseen circumstances. If you've booked on a non-refundable rate, it will also be possible to amend your stay to a future date up to a year from the original stay date.

Please note that cancellation terms will still apply, and you'll need to give us a reasonable amount of notice.
