Cove Prize Draw (Meta)
- You are eligible for the Prize Draw by opting in to receive marketing emails from Cove via Meta.
- Please note that only participants opting in to receive Cove newsletters and who remain opted in at the time of the Prize Draw can be entered into the Prize Draw.
- Entries to the Prize Draw will be accepted from 00:01 GMT on Thursday 26th January 2023. The closing date and time for the Prize Draw is 23:59 GMT on Sunday 12th February 2023.
- No purchase or payment is required for the Prize Draw.
- You must be 18 years of age or over to be eligible.
- Employees of edyn Group Services Limited, their immediate families and persons connected with the Prize Draw will not be eligible for the Prize Draw.
- You will only be entered into the Prize Draw once.
- Use of a false email address will result in ineligibility for the Prize Draw.
- There will be one prize, a stay of up to 7 nights in a Cove Studio at Cove - Landmark Pinnacle, London or Cove - Centrum, The Hague (the “Prize”) after the competition end date in February 2023.
- The winner must provide 3 preferred stay dates, of which the last night must be on or before 30th December 2023. Blackout dates will apply:
- Cove - Landmark Pinnacle: April 7th – 10th, April 22nd – 23rd, April 29th – May 1st, May 5th- 8th and May 27th – 29th.
- Cove - Centrum: April 27th – 29th, May 8th – 11th, June 6th – 8th and August 10th – 27th.
- Subject to availability.
- The winner can choose to travel alone or bring a guest.
- Travel costs will not be covered by edyn Group Services Limited.
- The Prize cannot be modified and is non-transferable.
- The Prize is not exchangeable for any cash sum.
- The Prize Draw selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- One winner will be selected from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Offer Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a computer process.
- Only the winner will be contacted and notified by email by a representative from edyn Group Services Limited, no later than: 18:00 GMT on Friday 17th February 2023.
- Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, or is unable to comply with these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions, edyn Group Services Limited reserves the right to offer the Prize to an alternative entry.
- Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
- The surname and country of the winner will be available on request.

- The winner agrees to the disclosure of their surname, county and country of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by edyn Group Services Limited relating to any post-winning publicity.
- The booking made pursuant to the prize draw will be subject to edyn’s booking terms and conditions together with any additional terms applicable to stays at the property at which the booking is made.
- edyn Group Services Limited takes privacy very seriously, and we will only use your personal information in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy. When registering for the Prize Draw you acknowledge that you have read the terms of our Privacy Policy and that you have read, agree and accept these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.
- Save in respect of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and/or any liability that cannot be excluded by law, edyn Group Services Limited excludes all liability under these terms, in contract or tort (including negligence) for any loss, damage, costs and/or expenses, loss of profits, goodwill, consequential, indirect or special losses, howsoever caused, suffered or incurred in connection with the Prize Draw.
- By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants agree to be bound by these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.
Check in Monthly Prize Draw
- You are eligible for the Prize Draw by completing online check in for your stay at a Locke or Cove property via the Mews Guest Portal (app.mews.com/navigator)
- The Prize Draw will run on a monthly basis. Entries to the Prize Draw will be accepted from 00:01 CET on the first day of a calendar month, to 23:59 CET on the last day of that calendar month. In the case of the first monthly Prize Draw, entries will be accepted from 00:01 CET on Monday 24th October 2022, and will close at 23:59 CET on 30th November 2022.
- No purchase or payment is required for the Prize Draw.
- You must be over 18 years of age or over to be eligible.
- Employees of edyn Group Services Limited, their immediate families and persons connected with the Prize Draw will not be eligible for the Prize Draw.
- There is a limit of one entry per person into the Prize Draw in any one calendar month.
- Previous winners of the Prize Draw are not eligible to win a further prize.
- There will be one prize, a stay of up to 7 nights in a Studio or 1 Bedroom at any Cove property (Cove - Arne Street, Cove - Cannon Street, Cove - St Martin's, Cove - Landmark Pinnacle, Cove - Minshull Street, Cove - Paradise Street, Cove Centrum, Wittenberg by Cove) or any Locke Studio at any Locke property (including Leman Locke, Buckle Street Studios, Bermonds Locke, Locke at Broken Wharf, Kingsland Locke, Zanzibar Locke, Beckett Locke, Schwan Locke and WunderLocke) (the “Prize”)
- The Prize will be valid for stays within a 12-month period following receipt of voucher, and the winner must provide 3 preferred stay dates within this time period. Blackout dates will apply, to include: 25th, 26th, 27th and 31st December 2022 and 1st January 2023. Subject to availability.
- The winner can choose to travel alone or bring a guest.

- Add-ons and extras are not included in the Prize.
