How can I get my invoice?

To receive your invoice, just let reception know at check-out and confirm the email address you'd like it sent to.
Already checked out? No problem, simply contact the property directly and they’ll be able to help.

My invoice is incorrect. How do I fix it?

If something doesn’t look right on your invoice, speak to the front desk team at your Cove property.

If you stayed at an unstaffed location, just email your Cove property team or give them a call, and they’ll take a look for you.
