How often will my apartment be cleaned?

A light housekeeping service is available daily during your stay on request.

In addition, your apartment receives a full clean once a week as standard. Please note that kitchen areas are not included in the weekly clean, but your apartment is fully equipped with everything you need.

If you would like your apartment refreshed on a particular day — such as bins emptied or fresh towels — simply let the team know at least 24 hours in advance.

Prefer an additional full clean? Speak to Reception and we’ll share pricing based on your apartment type.

For properties with Reception — Cannon Street, Centrum Passage, Minshull Street, Landmark Pinnacle, Paradise Street and Wittenberg — please notify the team directly.

For unmanned properties — Arne Street, Cove St Martin’s, Huntingdon House and Moorgate — please confirm via WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance.
