From Amsterdam Schiphol Airport: From the airport take the train to Amsterdam Centraal Station. This should take around 20 minutes.

From Centraal Station: Take the number 14 tram towards Flevopark, this should take around 10 minutes. Get off at Artis. Cross the crossroads towards the river and walk across the bridge.

We are sorry to hear though that the information about no air-conditioner did not reach you successfully. Indeed, as we are a monumental building, installing an air-conditioning units are not feasable, as it is too distrubtive to the building. However, we do try to combat the heat with other alternatives, like fans in the apartments. We will do our best to increase the information provided about air-conditioners on all sites and will continue to come up with more effective alternatives.
