The windows can't be opened in full for safety reason but we do understand that this might be disappointing. As our hotel is a monumental building, we were not allowed to install air-conditioning but we have fans available in all rooms for the warmer periods.

Wr truly appreciate any feedback that comes our way, as it helps us to reflect, reconsider or refocus our procedures or way of working. Sadly, having an air-conditioner in the building is not possible, due to the fact that the building is monumental and cannot be impacted by such a procedure. However, we will consider inquiring more fans to help our with the upcoming heat. As for the cleaning procedures, with the goal of making our guests feel home away from home, we are trying to make as less distrubtion as possible. Therefore, a weekly cleaning is a standard practise. However, keep in mind that an extra cleaning can be arranged upon request.
We hope that all of that did not discourage you to come back again in the future.
