Indeed, towels are changed weekly by the housekeeping team, however, additional towels throughout the week are always complimentary per guests' request. This information is visible both on your TV, as well as WhatsApp welcome message that is send out upon your arrival. We are terribly sorry that this information has not reached you successfully. In regards to the hooks and dryer - we recorded this information and our maitenance team is on it to resolve. With that in mind, we hope you visit us again once in Amsterdam.

We are so happy to hear you enjoyed our property, it's facilities, as well as our team. Your feebdack regarding the bath in your apartment has been taken seriously - we do provide anti-slip mats for that, however, will also look into ways to install more handle bars, to make the transition from and to the bath a bit easier. As for the towels, we do change them weekly, however, they are always available complimentary per guests' request - apologies if that informaiton has not been communicated to you effectively.
