Can I make a special request?

We understand that some of our guests may have specific needs or preferences.

 

If you have a special request, you can make a note of this when booking and we'll do our best to faciliate it. Or, you can get in touch with via live chat.

 

Note that we can't guarantee we'll be able to accomodate all special requests, so if it's a deal breaker we recommend getting in contact before booking to check it will be possible. We will also prioritise special requests (such as reserving specific rooms) for our long-staying guests.
