Do I have to pay a deposit?
We don't require you to pay a deposit as standard, however depending on the nature of the booking, occasionally this is necessary.
For example, for group bookings (including hen/stag bookings). We advise you to get in touch with our Guest Services team before your stay at [email protected] to clarify any deposit requirements.
Note that if you book on a Pay On Arrival rate (this includes our 'Fully Flexible' rates), you will be charged a 1% pre-authorisation fee to make sure your card details are valid. This amount will be held in your account - but not charged - until you check out. We reserve the right to charge your payment card in the case of any damages during your stay, but you will be advised in advance if this is the case.
