Is there a reception on-site at The Moorgate by Cove, and how do I get in contact?
The Moorgate is a self check-in property and doesn’t currently have an on-site reception team.
What does this mean for you?
When you arrive, you'll need to self check-in and collect your own keys. If you have an upcoming booking, you should receive a pre-arrival email containing details about the arrival process, and any access codes required, around 72 hours before you arrive. We recommend adding any extras to your stay before arrival, so these can be arranged in advance.
Also note, we aren't able to offer luggage storage as there are no on-site hosts to look after it. However, this doesn't mean you're all on your own - our friendly Guest Services team will be on-hand to answer any queries about your stay, or help you out if you have any issues when you arrive.
