Cove - Centrum, The Hague

Cove - Centrum also has 24/7 reception and on-site security. Enter through two sliding doors, take the lift to the third floor, and use the intercom for assistance. You can drop off your bags before check-in or leave them on check-out day. Our hosts are available to help with any questions.

Cove - Arne Street, Covent Garden & Cove - St Martin’s, Covent Garden

These properties have no reception. Please note, luggage storage, early check-in, or late check-out are not available at this property. If you can’t find the access codes or have any questions, please contact a team member.

Cove – Arne Street is a self check-in property with no reception. A pre-arrival email containing your check-in instructions and access codes will be sent to you 72 hours before your arrival.

Upon arrival, you’ll find an entry panel located below the intercom. Use the Main Entrance Access Code from your email to enter the building. Once inside, head to the key safe at the end of the hallway, under the stairs. Use the Key Safe Code (provided in your email) to open the safe and retrieve your keys. After collecting your keys, please make sure to close the key safe.

Cove – St Martin’s is also a self check-in property with no reception. Like Cove – Arne Street, you will receive a pre-arrival email 72 hours before your stay with all the necessary check-in instructions and access codes.

Upon arrival at Cove – St Martin’s, you’ll need to collect your keys from the nearby Cove – Arne Street property, located at 4 Arne Street, Covent Garden, WC2E 9FE. Use the access codes from your email to enter the building, then retrieve your keys from the key safe.

Cove - Moorgate

No, Cove - Moorgate is also a self-check-in property with no on-site reception. You’ll receive a pre-arrival email with check-in details and access codes 72 hours before your stay. We recommend adding any extras to your stay before arrival. 
While The Moorgate is an unstaffed property, we have Bringme Boxes on Level 1 to allow guests to store luggage before or after their stay. Please note that only three boxes are available for luggage, so this service is subject to availability.

Each Cove location is designed for life in all modes. Although, each offers slighly different on-site facilities.
