I appreciate the comments regarding the lift and maybe this should have been explained better on check in. Quite often guests want to park their car before checking in which presents the challenge of navigating the building as you need a key card to access the building. I have asked the front desk to be a clearing on this.

I am delighted you enjoyed your time with us and made good use of our central location. It really is such a joy using serviced apartments over hotels, as you mentioned in you review we have washer dryers, kitchens, separate lounge and bedroom it really is a home away from home.
As you have mentioned we are a city centre location so do sometimes suffer with late night noise however we are little off the main roads and have secondary glazing in all our bedrooms to help reduce this.

Being mostly long stay accommodation sometimes long stay guest have to extend which creates a outbooking situation. We try and deal with this days before so it causes minimum disruption.
